Find the small white (painted over) battery housing on or near the bottom of the piece and move the switch.
Are the lights Battery Operated?

Yes! This is what the battery housing and lights look like before they are integrated into the piece.
What type of Batteries do they need?
The lights use 2 CR2032 Lithium batteries. Also known and button batteries.

Use a very small Philips head screwdriver, you must remove the plastic plate holding the batteries in, then change them out and replace the the plate you just removed.
How do I hang my Fairy House/Door?

Every Fairy House/Door that is meant to be hung has a wrapped wire loop on the back. Use a simple hook that would hold any framed picture to show off your Fairy piece!
How Do I care for my outdoor Fairy House?
For your outdoor Fairy house, the lights are the same as the indoor houses and doors. I recommend that you place your Fairy House on a stone above the earth, to avoid moisture from seeping in over time. Winter indoors. You can also treat your house with Scotch Guard or other sealant spray before setting out for the season.
Are these suitable for children?
Unfortunately, no, these are not toys, and NOT intended for children.
